Connecting:  The connecting CoCos oversee the connections between the church and community, and those within the church. They call and facilitate regular meetings of the CoCos. Activities previously associated with Social Concerns, as well as administrative tasks such as advertising and publicity, location and maintenance of historical documents, office volunteers, the calendar and communication fall under the purview of the CoCo's.

Worship:  Facilitators have taken on the tasks which were previously the responsibility of the Board of Worship. They work with the minister to plan and present regular and special worship services. They obtain volunteers to perform the many tasks associated with the worship service, i. e. liturgists, ushers, communion preparation, special music, flowers, sound system operation.

Congregational Care:   The congregational care coco's and their many volunteers have taken on the tasks that were previously performed by the Board of Deacons. They connect with the homebound by visits and phone calls. They care for the sick by visiting, sending cards, providing food, phone calls, and provide transportation to/from appointments when necessary. Some provide support for a caregiver spouse on a regular basis. Fellowship activities such as after church, game nights, movie nights, supper club occur under their direction.

Learning:   The CoCos' for learning are in charge of activities provided for the education of all ages – Sunday School, Youth Group, and Adult groups such as Readers and Seekers and Bible Study.

Stewardship of financial and physical assets: This group prepares and oversees the preparation of the budget, and oversee our building's maintenance and repair needs. The budget structure has been recently revised to reflect the structure of the ministries we now use.
