Make sure you have the permission of the one we are praying for, before calling. Have as much information as possible i.e. who, whether the person is a church member or what the relationship is, what is the concern, where is the person (home, hospital?), what is the prognosis.
Phone recipients, write the message down and repeat it to the caller to make sure you have it accurate. If you get an answering machine, leave a message, then call the name below. Call until you get a live answer.
Do not call before 8 am or after 8:30 pm.
